2. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

3. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in the case of defective or incorrect products.

4. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Hygiene and health products with opened packaging (e.g. skincare, makeup)
• Custom-made or personalised products
• Perishable goods
