Terms of service
These terms explain how you can purchase products from Puracosa's online store, the rights and obligations of both you and us, and how we ensure a smooth, secure, and fair shopping experience.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The Puracosa online store is operated by ASAYA OĆ (registry code 14874734, address Tallinn, Estonia).
1.2. These terms apply to all purchases made via www.puracosa.eu.
1.3. In addition to these terms, we follow the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Estonia.
1.4. Puracosa reserves the right to amend these terms and prices. All changes will be published on our website.
2. Prices
2.1. All prices include VAT.
2.2. Shipping costs will be added and displayed before the order is confirmed.
2.3. If the price changes after the order has been placed, the price applicable at the time of placing the order will apply. Price differences will not be compensated.
3. Placing an Order & Payment
3.1. Add your chosen products to the shopping cart, fill in the required details, and select a delivery method.
3.2. Payment methods:
Bank payments:
- Estonia: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay, Citadele
- Latvia: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor
- Lithuania: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Šiaulių Bankas
- Finland: Aktia, à landsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, OP, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästöpankki
Card payments: Visa / MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay
Pay later options: Indivy 3, Liisi ID, BigBank, Moki3, Mokilizingas
Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay
3.3. Bank link payments are processed via Maksekeskus AS; card and digital payments are processed via Shopify.
3.4. The sales contract takes effect after payment has been received in Puracosa's account.
3.5. If an order cannot be fulfilled (e.g. product out of stock, technical error), the paid amount and shipping cost will be refunded within 14 days.
3.6. Puracosa reserves the right to cancel an order if the displayed price was incorrect due to an obvious error or technical issue.
4. Delivery
4.1. We currently deliver to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland.
4.2. Delivery options:
- Estonia: SmartPosti and DPD parcel service (2,99ā¬), SmartPosti courier service (4,99ā¬), and DPD courier service (5,99ā¬)
- Latvia: SmartPosti parcel service (3,99ā¬), DPD parcel service (4,99ā¬), and DPD courier service (8,99ā¬)
- Lithuania: SmartPosti parcel service (3,99ā¬), DPD parcel service (5,99ā¬), and DPD courier service (8,99ā¬)
- Finland: SmartPosti and DPD parcel service (8,99ā¬)
- Free delivery on all orders in Estonia and orders over 65⬠elsewhere
4.3. Delivery times:
- Parcels are shipped daily. If you make a purchase after 4:00 PM on the delivery day, the parcel will be delivered on the following delivery day.
- Estonia: 1-3 business days
- Other destinations: 3ā5 business days
- During peak seasons (e.g. holidays, campaigns), delivery may take up to 5 extra business days.
- In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 30 calendar days (we will notify you if so).
5. Damaged Goods During Transport
5.1. Check your order upon delivery.
5.2. If the package is damaged, take photos, inform the courier if possible, and notify Puracosa customer service within 24 hours.
5.3. If the product itself is damaged but the packaging is intact, notify us within 14 days with photos.
5.4. Failure to follow these steps may make it difficult to determine the cause of the damage and affect your right to compensation.
6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
6.1. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from receiving the goods.
6.2. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
6.3. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in the case of defective or incorrect products.
6.4. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Hygiene and health products with opened packaging (e.g. skincare, makeup)
- Custom-made or personalised products
- Perishable goods
6.5. Return process: Please fill in the form. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
7. Claims
7.1. You may submit a claim within 2 years from receiving the goods.
7.2. For defects appearing within the first 6 months, it is presumed they existed at the time of purchase.
7.3. Notify us of an issue within 2 months of discovery, including:
- Your name and contact details
- Order/invoice number
- Description of the defect and photos
- Preferred solution (repair, replacement, refund)
7.4. We are not responsible for:
- Damage caused by the customer
- Defects resulting from improper use
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
8. Force Majeure
8.1. Puracosa is not liable for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, supplier delays).
9. Processing of Personal Data
9.1. Personal data is processed according to Puracosa's Privacy Policy.
9.2. We will only send newsletters and offers if you have given your consent. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email or by contacting info@puracosa.eu.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1. If you have a complaint, please email info@puracosa.eu.
10.2. If an agreement cannot be reached, you have the right to turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
